This postcard I sent to one of my best friends and my son's godmother. This is a view from one of my spots at Morningside Lake Park. I go here to seek God, to pray, and to sketch. I was sitting on the gravel road that people use to drop their boats in the water. This little lake is significant because the name Morningside is the name of the college that I graduated from. I can walk here from my house, and get a way and just sit in nature. It is such a blessing!
